My Life

1.      Canadian National Anthem I chose this song as my first one because its Canada’s national anthem. The reason why this is important because I was born in Canada, and I have always lived in Canada

2.      Pokemon Theme Song  I chose this song aswell, because pokemon is one of the best memories of my child hood. Pokemon was the first show that I’ve watched, It was the first movie that I can recall, and it was the first videogame I have ever played. It was my childhood in a nutshell.

3.      Together We Ride (no lyrics) I chose this song because it’s a song that is for working together. I strongly dislike working by myself, so I chose it to represent that.

4.      Sponge Bob Square Pants Theme Song Aside from Pokémon, this was another show that I was obsessed with as a child. I don’t know what it was about it, I couldn’t even understand what some of the words they used.

5.      Don’t Stop Me Now I chose this song because usually when I start something I like to do, (like a new game) I don’t like to stop a lot during it, because I’m having fun with what I’m doing, which this song is about.

6.      Okami – Harami Lake (no lyrics) I chose this song because of how relaxing it is. I listen to it almost daily before I sleep because of how relaxing it is. It’s a nice, soft, relaxing song that I like.

7.      One – I chose this song because it was one of my favorite songs from my childhood. It is also the song that got me into drumming. It had such an amazing drum part that it had inspired me to learn it.

8.       Pumped Up kicks - I chose this song to represent why it’s bad to have a powerful weapon at hand. It represents why I would never touch a lethal weapon, because you can lose control very easily.

9.       It’s a long way to the top - I chose this song because it shows what it takes to become famous, and I had to keep that in mind when I started to play my insturments that I probably wouldn’t get to be famous.

10.  Little Drummer Boy – I chose this song because I am a drummer because I feel like I always try my best when I play for other people, which is what happens in this song. I can also relate to this song because it’s a Winnipeg song.
